Niki has a B.A. in Theater Performance from Salisbury University and an M.A. in Theater Education from New York University. Her experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at the Department of Defense “Security Forces” and Department of Homeland Security “Homeland Security Advisory Council” in Washington, DC; Personal Assistant to fashion designer KaiMilla in Calabasas, CA/New York, NY; Theater Teaching Artist for Wicomico County Public Schools in Salisbury, MD; and Program Associate for the National Coalition of 100 Black Women in New York, NY. She is currently the Program Director at Newark Symphony Hall and a skilled actress/theater artist; model and motivational speaker. Niki is an arts, education and youth activist and dedicates herself to her community in various capacities including a volunteer/mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Essex, Hudson and Union Counties; volunteer Child Advocate for C.A.S.A “Court Appointed Special Advocates” in Essex County; and Cheerleading Coach for the MSO Packers.
